MEMPHIS, Tennessee, Nov. 11 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-Memphis District issued the following news release:

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Memphis District (CEMVM) intends to prepare a Draft Integrated Feasibility Report and Environmental Impact Statement (DIFR-EIS) for the Hatchie-Loosahatchie Mississippi River Ecosystem Restoration Study.
