WASHINGTON, Nov. 8 -- Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH) announced the U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Community Facilities Direct Loans and Grants program has awarded a $500,000 grant to Ohio Eastern Star Home, an independent senior living community in Knox County. The investment will support the construction of new facilities and the renovation of their existing facility.
