U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH) announced that the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has awarded a $1,058,928 Meat and Poultry Processing Expansion Program (MPPEP) grant to R&C Packing, Inc. in Bidwell.
