BANGOR, Maine, Nov. 3 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of Maine, Darcie McElwee, issued the following news release on Nov. 2, 2022:

A Skowhegan man was sentenced today in U.S. District Court in Bangor for a bank fraud scheme arising from his applications for Paycheck Protection Plan (PPP) loans, U.S. Attorney Darcie N. McElwee announced.
