WASHINGTON, Nov. 2 -- The Democratic National Committee issued the following news release:

Georgia GOP Governor Brian Kemp picks up MAGA Hot Mic honors for the THIRD TIME for refusing to rule out signing new abortion restrictions into law if elected to a second term.

You read that right. During the last debate, Brian Kemp REFUSED to rule out signing more abortion restrictions if he wins another term.
