WASHINGTON, Oct. 31 -- Rep. Albio Sires, D-New Jersey, issued the following news release:
In the wake of Friday's attack on Speaker Pelosi's husband, Paul Pelosi, Congressman Albio Sires condemnded the violence and extended his sympathies to Mr. Pelosi, the Speaker, and their family.
"I was devastated by Friday's life-threatening attack and am praying for Paul Pelosi's speedy recovery from his injuries," stated Rep. Sires.
