BOISE, Idaho, Oct. 29 -- The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality issued the following news:

The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) is releasing an Idaho Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (IPDES) preliminary draft permit for the Brownlee Hydroelectric Power Plant.
