WASHINGTON, Oct. 27 -- Rep. A. Donald McEachin, D-Virginia, issued the following news release:
Congressman A. Donald McEachin (VA-04) announced a grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation's Federal Highway Administration's (FHWA) Climate Challenge Project to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) for $312,000 to implement VDOT'S Quantifying Greener Pavements in Virginia project.
