WASHINGTON, Oct. 25 -- The National Republican Congressional Committee issued the following news:
The Northeastern U.S. is so short on heating oil that the fuel used to power home furnaces is being rationed even before peak winter, Bloomberg reports.
As wholesalers put retailers on allocation, giving them a limited amount of fuel based on availability, that rationing is being passed on to customers who are then "in shock" about the price to fill up their heati . . .
