Rep. Ted Budd (R-NC) was joined by Sens. Richard Burr (R-NC), James Inhofe (R-OK), and Ted Cruz (R-TX); as well as 48 House members in a public comment to the General Services Administration (GSA) opposing the Biden administration's executive order mandating Project Labor Agreements (PLAs) for Federal Construction Projects, which represents a blatant giveaway to Big Labor union . . .
