FRANKFORT, Kentucky, Oct. 19 -- Kentucky Auditor of Public Accounts Mike Harmon issued the following news release on Oct. 18, 2022:
State Auditor Mike Harmon today released the audit of the 2021 financial statement of Harlan County Sheriff Leslie "Smitty" Smith.
