WASHINGTON, Oct. 19 -- The House Natural Resources Subcommittee for Indigenous Peoples of the U.S. issued the following testimony by University of Connecticut School of Law professor Bethany Berger involving a hybrid hearing on Sept. 20, 2022, entitled "Examining Oklahoma vs. Castro-Huerta: The Implications of the Supreme Court's Ruling on Tribal Sovereignty."
