Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) visited Devil's Backbone Adventure Resort today for a lunch and tour with resort proprietor Ruffner Woody and staff of the adventure resort. Devil's Backbone opened in 2019 to serve as a premier camping and lodging destination for visitors of the Hatfield-McCoy Trail System.
