PROVIDENCE, Rhode Island, Oct. 14 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of Rhode Island, Zachary A. Cunha, issued the following news release:
A Brooklyn, NY, clothing and goods wholesaler who directed the development, manufacture, and importation of $20 million worth of Chinese-made counterfeit U.S. military uniforms and gear that were passed off as genuine American-made products has been sentenced to forty months in federal prison and ordered to forfeit the $20 million in proceeds . . .
