RICHMOND, Virginia, Oct. 14 -- The Virginia Democratic Party issued the following news release:
During yesterday's debate between Rep. Elaine Luria and Jen Kiggans, Kiggans' wouldn't answer the question if Joe Biden fairly won the 2020 election. After the debate during a press gaggle, Kiggans was asked twice if Joe Biden fairly won the election - which Kiggans ignored. Then when asked AGAIN, Jen Kiggans abruptly ended the press gaggle and ran away.
