LACEY, Washington, Oct. 13 -- The Washington State Utilities and Transportation Commission issued the following news:
The U.S. Department of Transportation's Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) recently awarded the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission's Pipeline Safety program with more than $1.6 million in federal pipeline safety grants.
