HELENA, Montana, Oct. 11 -- The Montana Democratic Party issued the following news release on Oct. 10, 2022:
Thomas J. Madigan, Republican candidate for HD47 in Billings, was charged and found guilty of impersonating a police officer in 2005. Madigan was sentenced to a two-year deferred prison sentence for impersonating a public servant- which is a felony. This year, he is running for the legislative seat against a real police officer.
