BOSTON, Massachusetts, Oct. 8 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts, Rachael S. Rollins, issued the following news release on Oct. 7, 2022:
A former Tyngsborough police officer pleaded guilty yesterday in federal court in Boston to bank fraud and violations of the National Firearms Act (NFA).
Daniel Whitman, 37, of Salisbury, pleaded guilty to one count of bank fraud conspiracy; two counts of bank fraud; two counts of making false statements to a bank; . . .
