Justice Dept.: Florida Man Pleads Guilty to Federal Hate Crime for Racially-Motivated Attack on a Black Man

WASHINGTON, Oct. 5 -- The U.S. Department of Justice issued the following news release on Oct. 4, 2022:

Robert Lashley, 52, pleaded guilty today to a federal hate crime for attacking a Black man because of his actual and perceived race.
