WASHINGTON, Oct. 5 -- Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH) announced that the U.S. Department of Education has awarded a $506,281 grant to The Ohio State University as part of the Child Care Access Means Parents in School program. Funding will be used to support low-income parents in postsecondary education by providing campus-based child care services.
