WASHINGTON, Oct. 1 -- Sen. Mark Warner, D-Virginia, issued the following news release on Sept. 30, 2022:

Mayor Muriel Bowser and Northern Virginia officials for an event announcing $20 million to construct a new bicycle-pedestrian bridge crossing the Potomac River between Arlington and Washington, D.C.
