Last week, Lawrence School Board President Shannon Kimball penned an op-ed in the Topeka Capital-Journal reminding Kansans that while Derek Schmidt stood behind Sam Brownback and his failed "tax experiment" that kept our schools dramatically underfunded, Governor Kelly has been the Education Governor she promised to be, fully funding our public schools four years in a row.
