WASHINGTON, Oct. 1 -- Sen. Jerry Moran, R-Kansas, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senators Jerry Moran (R-Kan.) and Mark Warner (D-Va.) introduced legislation to amend the Internal Revenue Code to make certain that funding, recently passed by Congress, for the deployment of broadband will not be considered taxable income.
