U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH), Chair of the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs, released the following statement after the Treasury Department issued a final beneficial ownership rule implementing sections of Senator Brown's Corporate Transparency Act.
