WASHINGTON, Sept. 30 -- Rep. Chris Pappas, D-New Hampshire, issued the following news release:
The New Hampshire delegation celebrates the inclusion of $1 billion in emergency funding for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) in government funding legislation under consideration by the U.S. Senate. In August, the New Hampshire Delegation joined a bipartisan, bicameral push to increase emergency funding for LIHEAP.
