WASHINGTON, Sept. 30 -- Sen. Shelley Moore Capito, R-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) joined U.S. Senators Mark Warner (D-Va.), Jerry Moran (R-Kan.), Tim Kaine (D-Va.), Roger Wicker (R-Miss.), and Raphael Warnock (D-Ga.), to introduce the Broadband Grant Tax Treatment Act (BGTTA). The legislation would amend the Internal Revenue Code to ensure that funding directed for the implementation of broadband from the Infrastructur . . .
