U.S. Senator Susan Collins (R-ME), the Ranking Member of the Housing Appropriations Subcommittee, and Senator Patrick Leahy (D-VT) introduced the bipartisan, bicameral Runaway and Homeless Youth and Trafficking Prevention Act.
