WASHINGTON, Sept. 28 -- Sen. Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senators Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV) applauded the unanimous passage of their bipartisan resolution designating September 2022 as National Recovery Month.
