SHREVEPORT, Louisiana, Sept. 27 -- Southwestern Electric Power, an American Electric Power company, issued the following news release on Sept. 26, 2022:

Southwestern Electric Power Co., an American Electric Power (Nasdaq: AEP) company, announced today that the company plans to send more than 300 personnel to Florida in preparation for Hurricane Ian.

The company has 106 employees and more than 200 contractors heading to Orlando to assist utility companies in restoration . . .
