SHEPHERDSTOWN, West Virginia, Sept. 23 (TNSper) -- Shepherd University issued the following news on Sept. 22, 2022:
Dr. Mary J.C. Hendrix, Shepherd University president, announced that Dr. Scott W.H. Barton has been named vice president for finance and administration, effective October 3. Most recently, Barton served as senior vice president of administration and finance at Shippensburg University, part of Pennsylvania's State System of Higher Education (PASSHE).
