U.S. Senators Michael Bennet (D-Colo.), Ben Cardin (D-Md.), Cory Booker (D-N.J.), Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio), Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.), Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), and Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.) introduced the Financing Lead Out of Water (FLOW) Act.
