ANCHORAGE, Alaska, Sept. 23 -- Alaska Attorney General Treg R. Taylor issued the following news release on Sept. 21, 2022:
The Biden Administration and its federal agencies exceeded their authority when they mandated a COVID-19 vaccine for Head Start workers and masks for participating children, according to a U.S. District Judge's ruling today.
