WASHINGTON, Sept. 22 -- The House Natural Resources Subcommittee on Energy and Mineral Resources issued the following testimony by Jeremiah O'Brien, vice president of the Morro Bay Commercial Fishermen's Organization, involving a field hearing on Sept. 8, 2022, entitled "Power in the Pacific: Unlocking Offshore Wind Energy for the American West."
