JACKSONVILLE, Florida, Sept. 22 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-Jacksonville District issued the following news release:
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District announced that it received authority to issue alternative/emergency permitting procedures in response to conditions resulting from Hurricane Fiona.
