U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH) hosted a news conference call about the consumer abuses of the nation's largest consumer banks ahead of the hearing he will hold Thursday with the banks' CEOs as Chair of the Senate Banking and Housing Committee. Brown was joined by Tarra Troutman, an Ohioan who looked at her bank account one day and found herself overdrawn and thousands of dollars in debt. . . .
