WASHINGTON, Sept. 21 -- Rep. Matt Cartwright, D-Pennsylvania, issued the following news release:
U.S. Representative Matt Cartwright (PA-08) announced $400,000 in funding from the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) for the Northeastern Pennsylvania Alliance's PREP Program. The program provides hands on, technical assistance to small and medium-sized businesses and local governments in the form of business financing, export promotion and procurement assistance.
