WASHINGTON, Sept. 21 -- Rep. Kathy Manning, D-North Carolina, issued the following news release:
Congresswoman Kathy Manning (NC-06), a member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, passed her bill, the Securing Global Telecommunications Act through the U.S. House of Representatives with bipartisan support.
