HARTFORD, Connecticut, Sept. 21 -- The Connecticut Democratic Party issued the following news release:
Democrats responded to the Bob Stefanowski and Laura Devlin tax plan released today that would gut the rainy day fund and leave Connecticut unable to pay down our pension debt during better fiscal years.
