WASHINGTON, Sept. 20 -- Rep. Ted Budd, R-North Carolina, issued the following news release:
Rep. Ted Budd (R-NC) has co-sponsored the Felony Murder for Deadly Fentanyl Distribution Act. The bill makes makes the distribution of fentanyl resulting in death chargeable as a felony murder. The bill was originally introduced by Rep. Tony Gonzales (R-TX).
