HELENA, Montana, Sept. 15 -- Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen issued the following news release and letter:

Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen and a bipartisan coalition of attorneys general today called on President Biden to classify fentanyl as a Weapon of Mass Destruction. The 18 attorneys general demanded the president take decisive action in response to the record nationwide increase in overdose deaths related to the lethal substance.
