WASHINGTON, Sept. 14 -- The U.S. Department of Commerce's Economic Development Administration issued the following news release on Sept. 13, 2022:
U.S. Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo announced that the Department's Economic Development Administration (EDA) is awarding a $1.3 million grant to the town of Burnsville, North Carolina, to help diversify the local economy and create new jobs by extending water and sewer service to a new greenhouse lettuce growing facility. . . .
