WASHINGTON, Sept. 14 -- Sen. Thom Tillis, R-North Carolina, issued the following news release:
This week, U.S. Thom Tillis (R-NC) and 38 of his colleagues introduced the Simplify Timelines and Assure Regulatory Transparency (START) Act, comprehensive federal regulatory permitting and project review reform legislation.
