WASHINGTON, Sept. 14 -- Sen. Susan M. Collins, R-Maine, issued the following news release:
Bipartisan legislation co-sponsored by U.S. Senator Susan Collins to make it easier for veterans to access the education benefits they earned through their service was signed into law. The Ensuring the Best Schools for Veterans Act of 2022 will streamline the Department of Veterans Affairs' (VA) 85/15 Rule for veterans' GI benefits.
