WASHINGTON, Sept. 10 -- The U.S. Department of Justice issued the following news release:
The Department of Justice, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Conservation Law Foundation (CLF) announced an agreement with the State of New Hampshire and the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department. The agreement will require the Powder Mill State Fish Hatchery (the Hatchery) in New Durham, New Hampshire, the state's largest fish hatchery, to take action to reduce phosphorus . . .
