CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Sept. 9 -- Appalachian Power, an American Electric Power company, issued the following news release:
Appalachian Power, along with Wheeling Power, submitted updated information to the Public Service Commission of West Virginia this week on an infrastructure expansion project that will facilitate broadband access in unserved areas of Logan and Mingo counties.
