BISMARCK, North Dakota, Sept. 9 -- Gov. Doug Burgum, R-North Dakota, issued the following news on Sept. 8, 2022:
Gov. Doug Burgum has directed all government agencies to fly the United States and North Dakota flags at half-staff, and encourages North Dakotans to do the same at their homes and businesses, in honor and remembrance of Queen Elizabeth II, Britain's longest-reigning monarch, who died today at age 96.
