HONOLULU, Hawaii, Sept. 9 -- Gov. David Ige, D-Hawaii, issued the following statement on Sept. 8, 2022:

Gov. David Ige has ordered that the United States flag and the Hawaii state flag be flown at half-staff at the Hawaii State Capitol and upon all state offices and agencies as well as the Hawaii National Guard in the State of Hawaii immediately until sunset on the day of interment as a mark of respect for Queen Elizabeth II.
