WASHINGTON, Sept. 6 -- The Democratic National Committee issued the following news release on Sept. 5, 2022:

Today's MAGA Hot Mic honors fall on Kansas' 3rd Congressional District GOP candidate Amanda Adkins.

Amanda Adkins, who was chair of the Kansas Republican Party while they supported a constitutional amendment banning abortion, wrote an op-ed completely lying about her extreme position.
