HUNTINGTON, West Virginia, Sept. 2 (TNSper) -- Marshall University issued the following news release on Sept. 1, 2022:
Marshall President Brad D. Smith today announced that Sara Payne Scarbro has been named associate vice president of government relations, effective immediately.
Scarbro will serve in the Office of Legal and External Affairs. She most recently worked as associate vice president for external engagement for the Marshall University Research Corporation.
