Yesterday, Kansas state Senator and member of the Transportation Committee Jeff Pittman set the record straight on Derek Schmidt's history of standing with Sam Brownback and his failed "tax experiment," that tanked our economy, kept our schools underfunded, and stole over $2.6 billion from the Kansas Highway Fund after Schmidt announced a new infrastructure " . . .
